Return Eligibility:

  2. Condition: Items must be new, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories to qualify for a return. Noticeable wear, damage, or alterations could lead to a denied return or an applied restocking fee.

Initiating a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Package Your Item(s): Ensure items are securely packaged for safe transit and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

  4. Send Your Return: Ship using a trackable and insured method to the provided address, with return shipping costs being your responsibility.

Return Processing:

Our team will inspect your returned item(s) to verify they meet eligibility. Approved returns will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds:

Refunds, which include the original purchase price (minus any applicable restocking fees, if applicable) and exclude return shipping costs, will be issued through the original payment method.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee may be applied for items with signs of wear, damage, or if original packaging is incomplete or damaged, with details communicated to you prior to return processing.

Exchanges:

Direct exchanges are currently not offered. Please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will coordinate a replacement or return and cover return shipping costs in such instances.
